Fantastic experience: Dealt with Michael from start to finish on our mortgage journey and everything was dealt with in such a professional manner, Michael advised us of the best way forward at every step and made what is regarded as a stressful experience, anything but , moved to Approval in Principle in a matter of days once all paperwork was submitted which allowed us to agree Purchase of our house, Michael was in constant contact from there to the day our funds were drawn down and nothing was an issue or imposition on him, would highly recommend both Michael and OBG to anyone looking to sort out a mortgage, a professional operation throughout.

Even on moving day when I locked myself out of said apartment, they were extremely understanding and patient, as well as extra helpful throughout the day. Negative experience: Rang to arrange viewing on house that just came on market the previous week. Never received call back and now have been told house was sold without me even getting to make an offer. Very disappointed and very bad business methods

Negative experience: We viewed a house in collooney to buy of these we were really interested in the house acutally going to put offer on we asked to get another viewing to check some stuff out & were told we would be called back that evening, nearly 3 weeks later we got the call back to be told the house was sold, totally disgusted with these people i would not recommend them

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, very belittling when dealing with students especially. House was left in a mess when first moving into it and now being blamed for rubbish left in shed when we never even had access to the shed. Very poor.

Negative experience: Dont return deposit.... Doesnt matter how long u stay, they deduct deposit even for the normal wear and tear of the house...one of the renting desk lady is very rude,thinking u are stupid one talking to her.dont recommend them at all... Even if u give one month notice, they refuse to give u refund untill u get them a tenant... Like what is this!!!!! is this previous tenant responsibilty to get them another tenant....!!!!
