Fantastic experience: Can't fault the team at Forkin, purchasing a home is a stressful and often convoluted experience and they did their best to guide us through it efficiently without feeling like we were rushed. The portal Forkin uses (offr io) notified us immediately of other offers (no need to chase down someone to find out you've been outbid). We were outbid on 2 different properties with Forkin before finally going sale agreed on a third (believe they were sold for 5%-15% over asking). We felt that Matt did a fair bit of chasing of solicitors and gave a guiding hand to ensure the sale closed as quickly and efficiently as possible (solicitors seemed to filter out some important details that we felt sped up the process when Matt relayed info directly between the us and the vendors). There was a pretty seamless handover (and back) to Gavin when Matt went on holiday so we didn't feel like we were sitting waiting on Matt to come back for some progress. We also found Meg incredibly kind and helpful in the office when we went to collect our keys, her list of local trusted trades was very helpful to have when you're not from the area!

Matt was very patient throughout the process and when we finally committed to selling the property we were sale agreed within 3 weeks and closed the sale within three months.
