Fantastic experience: Very helpful people

Negative experience: Had the displeasure of dealing with David from this company. For mortgage requirements(extension) i needed a valuation before works carried out and then a final valuation when works were complete. With the bank i was given a shortlist of who they used for valuations and he was local. As bad as the first encounter was (mistake on amount of bedrooms) the final was carried out and he didn't upload the information to the bank despite been paid. The man has more excuses than answers despite me making it clear on the visit. Two weeks later after i kept ringing him he finally does it (his word) awaiting on broker to confirm. Would stay away from this man at all costs because he really was useless. Would have given zero stars if possible

Denise was fantastic in facilitating viewings and surveys despite the covid-restrictions at the time. She was very straight-forward and kept the lines of communication between all parties open and fast. I distinctly remember Denise making several phonecalls from her personal mobile running up to a bank-holiday weekend which greatly helped us move into our new home on time for Christmas and before another lockdown!
