Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend higher for any landlord or prospective tenants, from start to finish they were incredibly friendly and professional, we arrived late to the residential viewing due to unprotected circumstances despite this Mairèad and Tom did their best to work with us and set up a meeting with the property owner for us, who seems to be a very present and we got on well with, and now we have a wonderful rental home for us and out two kids. The only thing I can say about this is that they are unequivocally the best property agents I've come across, they have genuinely done everything they can to find the right house for the right peopl and they were present and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Viewed 2 properties with Anthony in early 2018 and heard nothing back on both. Viewed more properties again in August 2019 and for one, I don’t think he even sent in our application but just said ‘they went with someone else’. Told us they would keep us posted on any property that came up that would suit us but never heard from them again.
