Fantastic experience: We recently bought our house in Clonmel We were kept up to date all the time of what was going on. Lovely staff there and always pleasant. Also they weren't pushy especially with this bidding war .

Negative experience: I got a very bad experience from PFQ. They want the money only. When I visited the house I raised an issue of boiler and PFQ agreed that they discussed with the vendor and issue will be solved. I trust them and agreement signed. When I entered the house the issue not solved and they lied to me. Now PFQ saying to me that it’s not their responsibility and they are not the plumber.to do the job. Also when they handover the house with all dirty and waste clothes materials of vendors that he don’t need. Finally,They taken that when we fight with them. Now vendor not responding and now 2 months finished and boiler issue not resolved. I checked with other auctioneers and they says they never handover a house like this anyone .They handover by they checked house cleaned or not, and as per agreed only.so please don’t trust them and I have the mails that they sent me as below ( I can confirm that I spoke to the vendor regarding the boiler/heating. He said he will get a plumber to have a look at it and if any works need doing to fix it, consider it done)

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an investment property in Clonmel which we successfully rented out over the last 20 years. Recently our last tenant advised that they were moving on to their own new house, so we decided that with Vacant Possession, now was the ideal time to sell up. Having decided to sell up our fine house, I contacted all the Estate Agents in Clonmel. The one agent that followed up on our initial call was Pat Quirke, which impressed me a lot, especially his enthusiasm for getting the commission to handle our sale. My wife and I live in Dublin, so were a long distance away, but even so the the whole interaction between us and Pat were efficiently and professionally handled with all questions answered and a clear outline of the process involved to get a successful sale. When down in Clonmel and sorting out the house for sale, I was struck as I travelled around Clonmel, the many PFQ Sale Agreed signs outside houses reassured us that we were in the right hands for a successful sale! Where I was most impressed and more importantly satisfied was the the short period between the start of the sale process to going Sale Agreed, which in our case was around 10 days. Once I gave the go ahead, after a discussion with Pat, to put the house on the market, the sale was completed within 48 hours!! We were very impressed with the service from all at the Estate Agent, especially Pat and also Natasha who did a superb job on producing a fine video of the house, which truly showed it at its very best, Thanks to everyone in PFQ for doing a superb job on selling our house in Clonmel, we were truly pleased with the excellent result achieved for us by Pat.

Negative experience: Didn’t have a great experience at all the only reason I’m giving two stars is the rest of the team is so lovely and helpful, Pat on the other hand is not. He was very disrespectful to my mother and left us with the impression he was holding the house for someone else and was using every reason to make us pull back.

Negative experience: The person that presented the house to us did so in a rush, talked very fast and gave us the impression that he wanted to get us out fast so he can show the house to the next person that was waiting outside. He didn't have a good idea about the legal side of buying a house. No smile on his face as the company policy states. All and all, we were left with a bitter taste after this so called presentation of the house.
