Fantastic experience: Liam recently sold my home for me. The whole experience was excellent. On my initial meeting with Liam he explained the whole process from start to finish. He explained what I would need to do and the timelines involved. He advised me on the advertising of the sale with photos and videos online. He arranged all the viewings which were run really efficiently and without any hassle for me. The communication from him during the actual selling part of the process was great and was able to explain what would be the next steps. He is supported in his office by Celine who I had to send paperwork etc to and she was brilliant to get back to me promptly and everything ran so smoothly. Negative experience: Rented 2 bedroom apartment for 4 years from Liam and Paul. On move out they took pictures of dust in corners as justification to keep 600 euro of our deposit.

Negative experience: Extremely invasive auctioneer, wanted to know if we had bought our previous property or rented. From who we rented, how much we paid, if we were employed etc, etc.Even though we initially informed him we were looking on behalf of someone else. Avoid at all costs!! The family member we were looking on behalf of, found a property not sold by this charlatan. She was delighted in not having to do business with Liam.
