Negative experience: Absolutely deplorable behaviour from everyone we encountered "working" for Brodericks. Got to the stage where we would not look at a property if they had the listing. If you give them your house to sell, you are enabling all that is wrong with their profession.

Negative experience: This company sold me the house with no electricity and i was told there is what a scamm agency not recommended to deal with them i was left in cold with no power for 5 months over the winter period!

Positive experience: Professional friendly service

Negative experience: Drove from Wicklow to Tipperary for a viewing which was arranged the week prior. Nobody showed up to the viewing. When I called I was informed the property owner would be holding the viewing, that they would try and contact the owner. After contacting the owner, PJ Broderick & Co didn't even contact me to let me know they had wasted my time and the viewing was not happening. Just left waiting for a spurious appointment until I called them again. Extremely poor and unprofessional service. If i didnt know any better i would say they were actually not interested in making the sale
