Negative experience: Found guilty by the Workplace Commissions Office and ordered to pay a tenant 2400 in compensation for his failure to get document required by the tenant ."The WRC tribunal adjudicator said it was ­“alarming” that letting agent Brendan Mannix failed to consider the effect of his failure to get documents required by tenant." Saying apparently "not my responsibility". Well what do we make of that ? Discrimination of people needing government housing assistance? Snobbery? Uncaring, unhelpful, I'll mannared?YES. And to be so insistent in his stance that he let it get to a tribunal stage,putting the tenant through all that extra stress. Shame of him.
