Being able to see the bidding is a great plus as you don't need to keep contacting them. After the sale agreed they kept in regular contact through the sale process and if we had any questions they answered them very promptly which was great as first time buyers. Negative experience: Unreliable profit before client attitude way too Oppressive with regard to decent people simply wanting a new home I had arranged to view a property first time 2016 I explained to her that I was driving from Dublin and I arrived on time only to hear that she had let the property before I got to the Viewing I was very upset and disappointed but I then found another suitable one in the area I'm here 7 years I have been looking to move and I got absolutely no help after applying for a new home I struggled to get a reference.

Fantastic experience: posted on behalf of my brother David and his partner Clodagh I don’t normally put up reviews good or bad, but I feel it is really important for me to acknowledge when someone goes above and beyond what their job normally requires. My partner and I used Geraldine’s services a few years back when we moved from Dublin to Virginia, a bit of a culture shock but we fell in love with the place. We have a special needs child and because of his needs we had to move again to a more suitable home. Geraldine went out of her way to find us the perfect home, taking into account his needs and our budget. When it came time to move out of our home we ran into some difficulty with the bank transfers as we were selling and buying at the same time and the owner of the home, we were buying was not an Irish resident. Because of our sons’ needs it was essential that we disrupt his routine as little as possible and with the help of Geraldine and Carl the process was managed so as not to distress him any more than we had to. We had one night between moving out and into our new home and because of the money transfer problems we needed somewhere to stay at short notice and Geraldine and in particular Carl not only found us suitable accommodation (considering Covid had all hotels either closed or full) but helped us move our belongings when we were let down by a moving company. I really can’t say enough good things about them. They remained calm and reassuring throughout the whole process and for this reason we would be happy to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and thoughtful team who understand the stress that moving homes can cause.
