He kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward. Excellent customer service from start to finish. This is in direct comparison to another experience I had with another Auctioneer in the area. This person shall remain nameless but needless to say their "Flash Harry /One man band persona" was absolutely lost on me. I found them aggressive and far more interested in promoting themselves than in assisting potential buyers. It was a disappointing experience and fell well below the standard I expected. They consistently answer the phone or return calls— something that’s surprisingly rare in their field. I’d gladly recommend their services for anyone buying or selling.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional service. I rang for availability of a home which had been listed for 1 month, I was told it is available and I can come tomorrow tp view. The rang the same evening for refrence which I provided refrence for past 15 years. The next morning I got email to provide written refrence which i agread but needed a day or 2 because of course I have to call the old landlord and get them and stated it would not be an issue. 1 hour before viewing time I got call and was told the landlord decided to give to family friend. How can you do this after asking for references and details and even 2 hours ago you sent me email that the landlord wants such and such which I provided everything amd the house is in market for over 30 days and now the owner wants to give to family friends?? Extremely unprofessional behavior from Declan Todd, you are responsible for providing the service and house should be taken of market if not available

Fantastic experience: Recently used SF to assist with obtaining tenants for a newly refurbished home. The team were very easy to deal with and were very proactive with every aspect of correspondence. A special mention in particular to Lorna, she went above and beyond, even after hours. Constantly in communication with us and worked tirelessly to find the people to suit our needs. I would l highly recommend Lorna and the team. They are fantastic.

Negative experience: I went to the office after seeing the advertisement of the house for rent on the internet. I filled the necessary form for the house and they said they can show me the house tomorrow. When I called their office again the next day, they told me that they could rent the house to me and that I should wait for them to call. and when I called they said they rented the house to someone else. They made me wait in vain for 3 days. they are never professional! and they never do their job properly. I would like to suggest that people waiting for news from here should never waste their time here. THIS IS A HUGE REGRET
