Fantastic experience: We collected our keys yesterday to our new home, our first home. This is supposed to be an incredibly stressful time, or so people tell us. Perhaps we have been lucky, but I don’t think so, I think we’ve just been dealing with some fantastic people, whose support just removes all stress. Adrian Harley from Sherry Fitzgerald McDermott has been fantastic. He is a great communicator, being always very responsive, often calling back within minutes of an email. From viewing a home with Adrian back in mid October to now receiving keys in early March, the whole process has been very smooth.

Fantastic experience: Adrian was super accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I was outbid on House#1 but Adrian called me personally to explain and genuinely empathise. We received the keys to House#2 a few weeks ago and he has still been helping us in organising the signover of utilities and such via the seller! In the entire house search process we met many estate agents/auctioneers and Adrian could not have been nicer, so I'm delighted he was the one we got :)

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Had a viewing booked in with Louise for 84 Corran Ard which she didn't show up to. waited 20 minutes outside the property, called the office and got no answer, emailed Louise still got no answer. Booked the day off to view a property with them but no show after confirming the time and day. No one even bothered to call back or email to apologize. Would not be buying a property with them.

Negative experience: Hi, I hope you are keeping well. I was trying to call your office. Please call me when you can. The seller solicitor has not yet replied to my solicitor in regards to the pre contract enquiries. It as been a very long time and I will loose my mortgage if it takes any longer. And also on my last visit to the house. The house was very damp and the back yard is not at all trimmed since my very first viewing of the property a good few months ago. If the house is damp I am not going to spend extra money on unnecessary expenses and if the back yard is not cut on time I am not going to spend extra money on removing the undergrowth due to not trimming of the back yard. Please look into this as all three are of a very big concern and a big unnecessary liability for my family and for me. Please do keep me updated. Thank you. Regards, Derek
