Fantastic experience: Have been looking for a house to buy for quite some time and have dealt with many real estate agencies. Sherry Fitzgerald is and have always been, without the shadow of a doubt, the most reliable and professional real estate agency of all. That said, my absolute gratitude goes to Julie Fogarty in Roscrea in Co. Tipperary who has been, and still is, exceptionally professional and amazing with everything she has done for me. I had never purchased a residential property in Ireland before and being a foreigner I had no clue of how it worked so she took me step by step throughout the process explaining everything and answering all my questions and concerns (including silly ones!). With the high demand for property finding a realtor who even make the effort to call you back or follow up on your questions is very hard these days but, with Julie, to this day I never had questions or calls left unanswered. Finally, I had found a first property I was interested in and made a deal. Unfortunately almost at the signing of the contract I had to back out of such deal as I realised it would have been out of my budget, considering the works that needed to be done to the property in order to bring it to my standards. Despite having wasted a lot of her time and effort Julie has shown great understanding and empathy making herself available to show me other properties without any concern with what had happened with the previous deal. Same as before she has been helpful and professional as nothing had ever happened. She went above and beyond in many occasions in order to help me get the property I wanted and needed and eventually I found another property that was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to Julie, I am proud to say that I have become the owner of my dream home. If that had not been enough she helped me identifying plumbers, contractors, painters and everything else I needed so that I could make my house perfect and ready to move in. Yesterday, I finally moved in to my new house and am very excited with this new chapter in my life. Believe or not she is also currently helping me to settle in as I was living in other county and don't know anyone in the area. English is not my native language but I hope I managed to describe how much of a high level VIP service I have received and am receiving from SF Julie Fogarty in Roscrea.
