McCauley Properties is a long established estate agency in Inishowen, Donegal, and the North West, with a legacy spanning over a century. As a third-generation property expert, Leo McCauley continues the family tradition of excellence in auctioneering, valuations, and estate agency services.
Founded in 1925 by Denis McCauley under the name Denis McCauley & Son, and later led by James McCauley from 1964, the McCauley name has been long associated with professional and trusted property services. In 1992, Leo McCauley rebranded the business to McCauley Properties, operating from a modern, customer-focused office in Moville, staffed by a friendly and experienced team.
McCauley Properties is a proud member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). Leo McCauley is also a full SCSI member, a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) member, and an RICS Registered Valuer.
With over a century of experience in the property market, we provide a comprehensive range of auctioneering, valuations, and estate agency services. Additionally, we are registered with OFFR.ie, to conduct seamless online auctions.
