From signing the lease and sending documents to even choosing the utility supplier, all is done through a digital platform, it's so efficient! We have been assisted by Caroline, who is truly friendly, attentive and helpful. Fantastic experience: We found renting with ITS4RENT really easy and straightforward. All staff were very friendly and great to deal with. We mostly worked with Caroline and she was great- so helpful, thorough and made the whole process seamless for us. The paperwork process is done mostly though a singable app which allows you to review and sign all documents digitally. This system was great and made the process so quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend working with this company!

Negative experience: Not professional at all. Takes weeks to fix something and Jonathan does not really care about tenants. Most important for them is to collect money. Apartment not painted for over 6 years or more. Reporting maintenance issues is like hitting a wall. Not recommend.
