Fantastic experience: We have our rental house in Belturbet as we live far away so we chose to get management company. After considering a few options, we decided that Smith is the one. Because I live abroad, they were so helpful in organising decorators, gardeners and cleaners to tidy up the house, and liaising with the house clearance company before the sale of the house. I couldn't have done this without their support. They were always prompt in their responses to emails/phone calls and offered clear advice during the bidding stage and final sale of the house. Negative experience: I had shown interest in viewing a property for rent on DAFT. Four weeks after submitting my email application, I received a response from Rachael Green inquiring if I was still interested. I confirmed my interest and we arranged for a viewing on Friday. We agreed I would call her on Friday morning to finalize the meeting location. However, when I called her around 12 o'clock on the arranged day, she informed me she couldn't show the property because she didn't have the keys. I was quite taken back, especially since I had set aside time specifically for this viewing. But it’s fine I do understand these things can happen. She advised calling the following week to reschedule, which I did. Despite calling twice and leaving multiple messages, I received no callback. I also sent a few emails, which were read but remained unanswered. This approach to business was quite unsatisfactory, and the overall experience was less than pleasant.
