Fantastic experience: Hillary, John and the team provided an exceptional service from the moment I contacted Hillary about selling a house to the delivery of keys to the new owner. Their expertise, knowledge, professionalism and diligence resulted in a swift and stress-free experience for me. Before putting up the 'for sale' sign, I asked Hillary for advice about preparing to sell the house. Hillary gave me excellent advice and John recommended and contacted relevant tradespeople on my behalf. Each of the tradespeople recommended by John also provided an excellent service. Communication throughout the sale was excellent with Hillary. As SFSC use an online portal, I knew immediately when offers were made on the house. I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience of selling my house thanks to Hillary, John and the team at SFSC.

Fantastic experience: We chose Stephenson Crean as they are long established in town. From entering the office, each member of staff was very professional. No job was too small for them. Paul gave us excellent advice on how to get the most out of the house we were selling and would regularly check up on our progress. Paul handled the sale for us - he and his team were very professional and more importantly very efficient. They were always at the end of the phone or email when we needed them and the the sale of the house was very transparent. Paul and his team updated us on every step and they followed through with everything they said they would do. Negative experience: The worst in real estate agencies, they take advantage of the situation in Ireland to keep the deposit, you notify them of the damage that appears in the house, they do not fix it and when you leave the house they take money from the deposit to fix those damage and clean when you have left the house cleaner than when you rented, I don't recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: Hilary goes extra miles in getting a sale for your property gives great advice and very helpful and honest hilary took care of everything for me to get my house sold at price i wanted for it.

I was a tenant with them for over 2 years from the first contact to unfortunately “for now” the last, they are always very direct and responsive and resourceful. They were great to deal with, for me it was a result of a the landlord selling the property which I rented through Sherry Fitzgeralds that I had to move from this tenancy which has led me to a private landlord however the team at Sherrys Tralee were very very good in helping us find somewhere suitable and likewise finding property owners suitable tenants.
