Fantastic experience: I brought a number of properties to Giles to let after a disastrous spell with an incompetent nearby letting agent on same street. (That particular agent's Google reviews don't even remotely match my experience or my workmen's experience with them). The difference in professionalism and even the basic courtesy of not turning up to meetings red eyed hungover and wreaking of alcohol is night and day. Their common sense approach to due diligence means I've yet to have any of their tenants break into electricity metres, party all night keeping an entire building awake, or defecate on walls, unlike the preceeding agent I used for the same properties. As a landlord that values peace of mind and professionalism, I'd highly recommend DNGiles.

From the first visit by Daire to do the valuation to the day the house was sold, everything was done in a professional, courteous manner and nothing was too much trouble. Negative experience: Arranged for a house viewing, wherein 15 minutes after the appointment time we had to ring them to see if anyone was coming. After being assured someone was on the way, we were left standing outside for another 15 minutes before ringing yet again and the only response we were given was 'oh, they should be there' and no assistance whatsoever. We wasted half an hour waiting outside for nobody to turn up and giving up. Will not be dealing with again, highly unprofessional, probably worth avoiding if you would like potential buyers to view your property.

Fantastic experience: DNG WH Giles we’re recommended to me when I recently decided to sell my property. From the outset the company representative was professional and courteous. The terms of the sale were explained clearly and without prejudice. I had to leave the arrangements entirely to WH Giles as I had to travel out of the country. I was kept up to date with the process, the representative telephoning me directly when needed.
