Fantastic experience: I've used Kevin Beirne Auctioneers for two property purchases over the years, and they've been fantastic. They're professional and always on top of everything. Highly recommended! 10/10.

Negative experience: You are selling a filling station that has false advertising on the roadside for years, claiming it's the only one before knock airport and within 55km, yet there are two less than 10k in Swinford (circle K) and on the same road (Apple Green) and two in Charlestown. Potential buyers should know the truth and these false adverts need to be removed.

Negative experience: Not impressed with this auctioneer. Booked an appointment to view a property and he didn't turn up. When I rang his office, I was told that he was with another client and would be half an hour. No phone contact from Mr Beirne himself and no subsequent apology for having wasted our time. Very unprofessional.
