Fantastic experience: We left Ireland in January 2020, very excited about our relocation to the US. There was one cloud hanging over our excitement though - that our house at home had not sold before our departure. We had lived in this home for 14 years and had no experience of tenants etc. When we met Dearbhla, she reassured us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. Before long she had tenants in place and was reporting to us on everything - any work that was needed at the house was done with our prior approval of work and price with photos and detailed descriptions of the job. At the end of 2021 we had a sale agreed on the house and Dearbhla was central in the communications to get the sale across the line in 2022. We just closed and everything was handled so smoothly I can hardly believe it has happened! Our experience with this company went way above our expectations and we are so grateful we had Dearbhla working for us.
