Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We were told the property was “sale agreed,” but a few days later, when a friend followed up, it wasn’t. Our purchase offers were not forwarded, emails went unanswered, and our calls were no longer being answered. I'm considering going to file a complaint with PRSA.

Fantastic experience: Auch nach 5 Jahren haben wir nicht vergessen….. Corona fing an… wie hinterlistig und unfair wir behandelt wurden . Hingehalten und angelogen. Wir konnten von unserem geliebten Haus in dem wir 19 Jahre lebten nicht Abschied nehmen da wir nicht mehr nach Irland fliegen durften. Wir haben nie eine Anzahlung erhalten. Wir wurden unfair behandelt. Leben müssen andere mit diesem Rucksack. Irland ist ein Traum der Abschluss war traurig.

Fantastic experience: Pat is an absolute professional, I was lucky enough to buy and sell through him and I honestly could not rate him enough. Personable, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Pat plus the wonderful Anne and Eileen make them the best property partners to work with. I will be using them in my next property sale for sure!!

Fantastic experience: Pat is very experienced and very polite, knowledgeable and he knows West Cork very well. We purchased our house in Drimoleague through him. We also realized that it could be much easier or sometimes difficult to buy or sell depending on area, Buying or Selling in West Cork can be complex and difficult ,......it really varies from one village to another. Finally, Pat is very flexible.

Negative experience: Keeps showing the same properties online and renewing them on Daft, even though I have called in personally and stated that if it falls through to contact me, not one or two properties either, there's definitely tax scams going on here, the wife is the assistant so could be that she has no interest in here job. If a house is for sale show it, if not don't advertise it, and they do re advertise house again without contact even though stated cash price available. Would love to hear from the owner himself.

Negative experience: At first I found him very eager and helpful. However, I asked Pat specific questions about a washing machine issue and was told one thing in person and something different in writing which was not easy to get. Then, after making a first offer on a house, I was told the the offer went up a few thousand. I told him I was not in a position to get into a bidding war but that I was still going to my broker to see about getting more, he said "I will check out and revert" as the water issue had still never been answered. I then got more but to my shock he closed the sale without giving me any warning after about two weeks of radio silence as I waited for him to "revert".

Fantastic experience: Always greeted by name and a smile from Ann or Eileen you get an update on your property if you need to speak to Pat Maguire you are taken into his office and all questions are arrnswered it's a very comfortable place and very optimistic I have no hesitation in . recommended this place

Fantastic experience: Having dealt with many auctioneers over the past 40 years. Only recently on dealing with Pat Maguire have I found one I am happy to trust either as buyer or seller. He and his staff were attentive and professional at all times. I found him able and unafraid to tell me I was wrong when he believed my opinion was unhelpful. This allowed me to respect him and be comfortable in accepting his guidance.
