Fantastic experience: Olivia was helpful, really listened and worked hard to find mutually beneficial solutions in difficult moments. One person involved wasn't particularly reasonable but Olivia was calm and patient, and found a peaceful way through. The process was clear and balanced and we felt supported throughout, including by Olivia's fab Sherry Fitz colleagues, Niamh and Muriel. They're a lovely team. We're really pleased with where it's all ended up and delighted with our new home.

Negative experience: 2 thumbs down and Zero stars! Buyer Beware "Negotiator" Olivia, unless you want to see bait-and-switch at its most shameless. Great at reeling you in is Olivia, but she will disappear the minute an issue surfaces that she is required by normal procedure to address. Sums up our experience at the hands of O'Neill Sherry FitzGerald trying to sell us a house near Glengarriff, County Cork. Waste of time. Even a reporter with the Irish Independent Newspaper reached out to us in sympathy about what they did. The article is searchable via google.

Negative experience: Olivia drops the ball on communication and not a great negotiator. Misleads you on houses for sale assuring they have certain features when they don’t. She was nice up until getting the booking deposit, but after that everything went down hill. I don’t recommend.
