Negative experience: Offer made subject to survey, Ed rings me to say that it has to sell quickly and I'd need 100k to put into it. If the property is in such bad condition to require 100k worth of work why try and sell without survey? Apparently in his infinite wisdom and knowing nothing about me, the property wouldn't have suited me. Ed knows best. Great job

Eventhough we didnt had our AIP in hand at the time of viewing he allowed us to pay the deposit and book the house.
