Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Sherry FitzGerald Reilly Lettings Department highly enough. Their team was professional, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Olivia Reilly and her team went above and beyond to make our first Irish experience smooth and stress-free, keeping us fully updated at every single stage. Their communication is prompt, their local market knowledge is top-notch, and they handled every detail with absolute care and transparency. We were incredibly impressed with the level of service, especially when it came down to property maintenance; it was handled with zero hassle. If you need a reliable, trustworthy lettings team that delivers results, look no further!

Negative experience: Monopoly mafia. Every single house seems to be advertised at least €60k–€150k below what it eventually sells for, making the asking price almost meaningless. From my experience dealing with Sherry FitzGerald offices and the wider Irish property market, the whole process feels completely lacking in transparency. Unless you have an envelope, a properly regulated bidding system, or a family member who’s somehow “in the know”, good luck getting a house. After going through the process myself, it’s very difficult to have any confidence that ordinary buyers are competing on a fair and level playing field.

Fantastic experience: I was Dealing with Gero Gannon from Sherry fitzgerald Clane. I origionally bought the property from Gero 4 yrs ago. And now i decided to go back to him as i was selling the property .. On both ocations he was Fantastic to deal with so easy to talk to , very professional and easy to get on the phone and so helpful. Negative experience: Very bad experience with a lady named Olivia in this letting agency so I can only speak about my experience with her on behalf of this business . I was invited to a viewing of a house I expressed my interest in and got no response after a couple of days which I don’t mind ..what I minded was a couple of days later the property was posted again, so I emailed and asked her if the property was up again and if she could help me understand why I wasn’t considered for the property just for my own self in the future when apply for places. I got no response. A couple of days later I seen another ad and applied for a different property with this same letting agent. I was told at 12:30 the property was available and viewings would be the next day to send my information. Once Olivia seen it was myself who had applied she replied at 1pm and told me the property was under offer. I rang a couple of minutes later to ask why I was told it was available and then a couple of minutes later after finding out it was me was told it was gone , she had no good answer to give only that it was gone. Very unprofessional and left me feeling like there was something wrong with me. I have since found a home for my daughter thankfully for though an amazing letting agency. I have stopped myself from posting this review for a couple of months but still today I’m very hurt by it and feel like Olivia herself was very discriminating towards me for whatever reason. I understand the renting crisis in Ireland at the moment but there is no need to waste peoples time the way she wasted mine I would recommend anybody to avoid this letting agency purely of my experience with Olivia

Fantastic experience: We have just sold and purchased a property in Clane. I cannot recommend Gero Gannon of Sherry Fitzgerald Clane highly enough. A true professional who kept us informed every step of the way. We were never in doubt throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Gero was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process of selling our mothers house. Despite the fact that it was quite a protracted exercise due to the sad fact that our mother passed away shortly after Gero had secured a buyer, his knowledge was invaluable as we negotiated the probate process and had to deal with further complications due to the need to apply for planning retention. Shortly after all of these matters were resolved, Gero very quickly organised another buyer and we were delighted and relieved when he managed to close the sale within a number of weeks. Negative experience: Terrible to deal with. Too many people involved and none seem to know what the other is doing. Completely wasted my time and I had to chase everything up myself. Not one bit professional and would advise avoiding using their services when buying or selling.

Fantastic experience: We have had the most positive experience working with Gero Gannon of Sherry Fitzgerald Reilly for the sale of our house. Gero is a very professional, knowledgeable agent who has vast experience in the market and particularly in the Kildare region. He helped us at every step of the process. Working in very challenging times during Covid he was creative, responsive and supportive in keeping our property in focus and attracting potential clients for us. He was constantly on hand to answer questions and kept us informed of all changes to rules and regulations regarding Covid restrictions and what that meant for viewings etc. Although very busy, he managed to make us feel like our sale was his priority and focus. Gero exceeded our expectations, helping us with additional concerns and queries on peripheral concerns such as property tax etc. Gero was lovely to deal with , he is a fantastic sales man, without being pushy, he has a calm and gentle manner, this was very important to me. He is an absolute gentleman, a true professional and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: We were lucky enough to have had Gero Gannon acting as our agent on the sale of our house. Gero is extremely professional, courteous, kind and very easy to deal with. We never felt under pressure to make decisions or to accept offers, we were always given plenty of time to assess the situation for ourselves.
