Negative experience: I applied to rent an apartment and they asked me for EVERYTHING, bank statements included, without even scheduling a viewing first. After disappearing for weeks, I emailed them to ask for updates and I only got a message saying “its gone let agreed”. Poorest communication I’ve ever seen, I will make sure to avoid any property they’ll advertise in the future.

Negative experience: Just when I thought that a property management company can’t be any worse than the previous one, Henry Wiltshire steps into the fray and proves me wrong yet again

Positive experience: So far I’m finding there to be a lack of follow-through and attention to detail. My agent was out of the office for two weeks with no handover, so I never got paid until I sent an email asking what’s going on. The original quotes and photos by Oliver were excellent and prompt but then things sort of dropped off from there. The whole reason for getting a fully managed service was to avoid having to chase people for money, etc.

Negative experience: I would concur with Michelle in the review posted about the Naas Branch of the Management Division. Disgusting treatment towards residents in our apartment block. Only time they will contact you is when money is due. No response to requests to be carried out yet expect customers to pay extortionate rates for abysmal service. I would strongly advise against using Henry Wiltshire Management Company as you will be let down continuously and treated like dirt by a sham organisation.

Negative experience: The Naas branch from a management perspective are incompetent, unprofessional, aggressive, have a total disregard of their duties as a management company. Overall a bad attitude.

Negative experience: Henry Wiltshire are property managers at Slade Castle in Saggart. Their behaviour and that of their local representative in terms of management of this property is an absolute disgrace. They treat the residents with contempt and all requests for additional security measures etc to be introduced are ignored. Their primary function is to issue and collect fees. I wouldn’t let them manage a kennel.
