Negative experience: Booked an apartment viewing, no one showed up due to "miscommunication" in agreed time and then found out the place was already rented out anyway. Could have saved us the journey and just send a text, not impressed.

Negative experience: Completely unprofessional and worst experience in my life from David Doyle, I went and viewed the house and asked to reserve it, and I was reassured that it is reserved for me. Tried to email and contact David for a week as I haven’t received written confirmation to go ahead with the Mortgage and he didn’t reply a single time. Contacted the office and I was informed he will contact me which of course didn’t happen I called the office and I was informed that the property have been taken off the market and sold to a different person after I have already reserved it and the sale was agreed. I still did not receive a single communication from David since.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional auctioneers I have ever delt with,when things got held up by the solicitor the woman that works there was hounding me,asking me what is the hold up,and telling me this is not good enough,calling me once a week and twice in one day, and I being her client!I have no control over speed of sale,stressed and upset me unreal.
