Fantastic experience: I contacted MM Ward to sell a property in Naas in early 2023. The sale was complicated slightly by the fact there were tenants in the property who were not due to vacate it until the autumn. Most estate agents will not sell a propoerty with sitting tenants but Carol and the team from MM Ward did. They worked around this to accommodate both the tenants and the prospective purchasers. Carol in particular was alway professional, easy to deal with and very contactable, even out of work hours. Beause of this, the process went smoothly.
