We have found them to be very efficient in getting properties up to letting standard and interviewing/securing suitable tenants for the properties. They keep communication lines open with the landlord through all stages which secures confidence between all parties. Negative experience: Terrible communication, high turn over, late payment of rent causing my mortgage account to go into overdraft and refusal to pay bank overdraft charges.

Negative experience: Wanted them to take over as maintenance company, they came had a look, were really nice. We sent them the documents they wanted and heard nothing no communication. Obviously they don't want the business......

Have experience as both a landlord with letting service and owner of a property which Henry Wiltshire provide management services. Letting service was very efficient and I find the block management has helped our development greatly. All issues that could be dealt with by Henry Wiltshire were done so in a considerate manner and issues outside their control were treated as far as they could. Great property management services with expert advice.

Negative experience: Bullies::: A horrible company to deal with.. they avoid all communication with residents. E mails, phone calls etc The bins are not managed, no lock on them, people from outside the area drive up daily to dump their rubbish including people who work for them.. which has caused rats...and they give out about the costs. It could be resolved if it was locked. Locks changed on outside doors to complex to bully people rather than communicate and resolve issues No fire extinguisher, no lifts working, leaking roof. This has gone on since Wiltshire took our block over. And they wonder why people do not want to pay.. that's their war cry...
