MPA Duffy Property

Negative experience: very unresponsive and unprofessional , don't respond to emails

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Niall Duffy on creating the new website for Duffy Property. It was a pleasure to work with Niall and his team and the results speak for themselves as we have already generated some leads. This is down to the strength of the service Niall offers. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients which I saw first hand. This dedication and work ethic was reflected in the website which is one of my proudest projects. Strongly recommend Duffy Property for all your property needs and I look forward to watching their continued growth.

Fantastic experience: Niall is absolutely amazing at what he does. From the moment I met him I knew he was a genuine agent. He was always very responsive and easy to reach. He always had so much time for us and nothing was ever too much hassle. He took a genuine interest in us as buyers which I found to be very rare when viewing other properties with other agents. He was extremely personable and approachable throughout the entire process. He was highly knowledgeable about the area, property and the management company. He always gave us a straight answer and was up front about everything and never fobbed us off with excuses. We never had to chase him up he was in contact with us throughout building a lovely relationship with us as clients. I wish him all the best in the future and will be recommending him to everyone. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the services of MPA Duffy Property. Niall looked after the selling of my property in Portlaoise. From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about a valuation to the moment of the sale closing the service I received was second to none. Niall was at all times extremely obliging, professional, warm and genuine. He explained the whole process in great detail and kept me updated every step of the way. He facilitated viewings to suit the schedules of potential purchasers and always went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. His knowledge and expertise of Kildare and Laois and surrounding areas was greatly appreciated.Through Niall's expert negotiation skills he was able to secure the best possible purchase price which I was very pleased with. I was extremely happy with the whole process and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Niall and his team. I wish MPA Duffy Property every success.

Fantastic experience: Niall sold my apartment in 2020, not an easy sale, was tenant occupied, helped me through the Rtb process and went above and beyond to help me prepare for the sale, through it and aftercare. A gentleman, straight and honest through the whole process. Would highly recommend

Negative experience: They don't wont you to ring there numbers, nor do they reply to any email they receive about the properties they have up for rent. Either they get money for keeping the add up on there site, so they ignore any calls and emails. Or they are incompetent. I sent email and a friend sent emails. And no response.

Fantastic experience: Having used this property agents for many years now I have always found them professional and beyond helpful. Allen, Patricia and their team have always gone out of their way to help whenever they can. Any query that iv had this far has been dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.I have recommended this business numerous times to friends and family over the last few years all of which have had the same positive experience as myself.

Negative experience: I’ve had Mcclean Auctionares rent 3 of my properties and should hope that what we agreed Whith we’ll be resolved and we can be on good terms because as a landlord I’m trying to get along Whith everyone and I only onet what I was promised and hopefully then I can put a good review in and not a bad one time well tell and I well be following up on this matter Patrick O’Connor I’m not a negative person so I should hate to say a negative thing what has gone on hopefully I can say something good time well tell

Fantastic experience: Niall handled the sale of my house, he was absolutely brilliant to deal with from the outset, he was honest and extremely professional. He kept me informed all through the process, would highly recommend as a selling agent.

Negative experience: Didn't get deposit or my month up front back from landlord, had to go through R T.B to get my money back a year later almost, so there good for landlord not tenants
