Negative experience: I don’t understand how this agency doesn’t do viewings on weekends. Who can take days off during the week for this? I hope the sellers are aware that this agency doesn’t offer all the options to find the best buyers. They’re losing money and clients.

She made what should have been a very stressful time so much easier. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Negative experience: Very bad experience which I faced last day.My family viewed the new house and before viewing we make sure ones we like the property we book.The agency told me you can book the house.After view the house he told as they sold the house for casbuyer.The staff which is response to the email and phone rude behaviour.I have two small kids,we have to travel more than one hour to view the property.Twice we went there,one time to check the area then after to view the house.After view the viewing agent man also told as you can book the house,then he told as to sold the house,no dignity and respect.It is not easy to view the house twice with two small children and drop our duties and travel more than one hour one side.I have the emails which they mentioned clearly, please don't do it for anyone

Fantastic experience: I bought a house three months ago through Kelly Hudson but only found the time to write a review now. I was dealing with Tom. Tom was pleasant to deal with, but I would have appreciated a bit more knowledge about the property itself — for example, where the well and septic tank are located, whether the property is on mains water, and information about the planning permission. All of this is publicly available on the Kildare County Council website, but it’s hard to look that up while viewing the house — you can’t exactly be glued to your phone during a viewing. Any basic information would have been helpful to have upfront. That said, I have to mention that Tom was very proactive in getting back to me with most of the information I asked for. Later on, when there were issues with the property itself, John (the managing director) stepped in and resolved a major, deal-breaking issue. Taking into account the state of the housing market and how things are going, was it stressful? Hell yes. But I have to say, the team at Kelly Hudson did make an effort to make it as stress-free as possible.

Fantastic experience: I was the buyer on the end of a purchase with Kelly Hudson and could not praise them enough. Tom the agent could not do enough to help me whether it was just explaining the process or pushing communication along when needed, I was very grateful for his expertise and patience with a very highly strung buyer!! Also Sinead and Anne and all the team in the office couldn't be more responsive and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

Sandra accommodated us so many times to view the house and even when we had a setback with the sale of our own house, there was never any pressure. We were kept up to date and everything was seamless. Sandra has even helped us after moving in and the added touch of a present when we got our keys was lovely. To keep it simple, it wasn't just business and Sandra is welcome in our house any time.

We were kept up to date the whole way along with the progress of our home, and they facilitated any site visits we needed to make. Fantastic experience: Kelly Hudson took care of renting out our house for a number of years. They did an amazing job at finding suitable tenants and kept us regularly informed as to how the rental was going and took care of all the admin work. I opted to pay the monthly maintenance charge which ensured that regular inspections of the house were carried out. When any problems arose, for example, garden fences breaking due to stormy weather or a leaky tap, Kelly Hudson would find the tradesmen and have any repairs carried out as quickly as possible. This was great peace of mind for us. Last year, we decided to sell the house and Kelly Hudson took care of the sale. They organised regular viewings and kept us informed every step of the way to a successful outcome. The sale went through without a hitch! This is a very professional company whom I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to either rent out or sell their property. Negative experience: letting for 5 years - visited property twice , never fixed / actioned any concerns. when ending tenancy the agent was rude. rang the RTB and found out our property was not registered for the last 2 years when we told the agent she was screaming and shouting down the phone name calling etc. such a bad experience
