Fantastic experience: Having worked with another difficult auctioneer previously (and several others, through buying and selling at the same time), working with Patricia was like a breath of fresh air from the moment she came to the house to consult! She is so down-to-earth, listened to my concerns, provided great advice and I never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. Both Patricia and Sinead were truly professional from the get-go and the communication was exceptional. It can’t be easy to juggle so many clients but they always responded immediately to all of my queries, regardless of how insignificant this was in their list of priorities! I felt like I mattered and the sale of my house mattered to them (and not just from a financial perspective). I was given ample time to prepare for house viewings, which were always scheduled around my availability. The appointments were on time and I received a call after each viewing for a full debrief.
