Negative experience: Worst dealing, dont respond timely especually Paul, they dont care about you they just are there for earning.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. They ask for all your documents, references, and details immediately, but then keep you waiting for weeks with no proper follow-up. Every time you contact them, they just say, “We’ll get back to you.” After all that waiting, they suddenly tell you the property is no longer available. If the property was already gone or there were many applicants ahead, they should communicate that clearly instead of wasting people’s time. I would honestly recommend dealing with private landlords instead. At least they communicate properly and respect your time.

Negative experience: Although i have actually found a house without the unprofessionalism of Niamh Byrne at DNG duffy, i feel the need to write a review so other people dont waste there time emailing her. I enquired about two listings on Daft.ie and explained my situation to Niamh (that im moving home from America and these houses would be perfect for me). She sent me two forms to fill out one per each house i enquired about, i took my time to fill out both forms. I provided her with all the documentation she asked for, my husband’s employment contract, photos of my ID and waited for her response. NOTHING.. extremely rude and unprofessional to ask someone to fill out forms seek and send documents and not even a response. Do better Niamh, i hope this isnt how the whole of DNG duffy operates.

Negative experience: I felt discriminated against for as long as i was trying to rent from them. Plenty agencies that are way better with customer service. Dng isn’t even worth 1 star tbh.

Negative experience: Don’t fall for the good reviews, they are all fake. Once they received a bad review, they start to ask knowed people to put a good fake review. I rented a place with them and their customer service is shameless. Niamh is the girl that went along with my rent process, she is rude and extremly unprofessional. She will treat you like she was doing a favor, and her tone it is always superior. I’m not sure she is like this with everyone, or just with me because I’m a foreign. I’m a actual customer, and I must say that they are tottaly innefective, the photos that they present is a lie, and they don’t check the apartment before renting. Mine was tottaly dirty, and the intercom doesn’t work, and because of that I cannot receive parcels. Niamh only answer my emails to say that she doesn’t know when things will be repaired.

Negative experience: Lazy, arrogant and unprofessional. You would find more enthusiasm from a person selling you a newspaper on the street than you would dealing with buying a house from Jim Duffy. He spent his time in his car while we were viewing a house and then when he bothered to come back into the house, gave the most underwhelming and uninterested answers to our questions. It was a real imposition on his time to be dealing with us as he really couldn’t have been less bothered to be there and had no interest in selling the house to us. Maybe Jim should leave Sales to someone else who actually has an interest in selling to the public. Hugely disappointing.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst property agency I ever had to deal before. They are totally disrespectful with people, I don't if it is because I'm not irish, or simply because the customer service thinks that it is a favor. I'm sad and stressed because I always had amazing experiences in Ireland when it comes to landlords.

Jim is an ace player on the team and the man who will find you the right buyer and that's all it's about. He is experienced, astute and very focused. Negative experience: Worste customer service ever. I rang them up because I have no electricity after, they said that an electrician is going to call me in the next few hours, 14h later I rang back and I told them I'm going to get an electrician and deduct the amount of the rent, the agent start treating me saying that I can't do thet and if I do it they going to report me to prtb. In this 14h I couldn't take a shower I couldn't cook I couldn't do much, and in top of all this we not supposed to leave the house because the covid-19 . All the food in the freezer and fridge most likely I will have to throw it out. So now I have to spend another night without electricity and I leave alone, is not that funny. The staff should take a customer service course, I hope the management is gonna see this.

Negative experience: A month+ just to be told we going with someone else

Negative experience: I'm not sure what service they actually provide other than to deceive people waiting to get into their homes. They never have answers to any questions about your home and throw random timelines at you to secure your money(add 6 months to any date they give you). Once they get your deposit they don't want to know you. Keith is nice as pie until you give them your money then he becomes incredibly rude. Paul is as much use as a chocolate fireguard, honestly not sure how he manages to dress himself in the morning he's that dense.

Positive experience: It's a nice place a bit dated and very dusty very fine dust coming from the site next door and very noisy
