Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sherry Fitzgerald Carroll Dundalk as an estate agent both as a buyer and a seller. We bought our house through the online bidding system with Sherry Fitzgerald in 2021 and the process was so simple. I loved the real time updates rather than waiting on phone calls / emails to hear about counter offers. Similarly, we sold our house with Sherry Fitzgerald for this reason and many other reasons. Their customer service was second to none and they were extremely realistic. I really enjoyed working with them and Sinead was the best in the world I cannot fault her. Sinead was so professional and a dream to work with - she really did everything she could to get us over the line. Blathnait was also fantastic in the office, she was there to answer any question I had and always had a speedy response. All of the others both showing the house and in the office were lovely to deal with and I would recommend them to anybody in a heart beat.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sherry Fitz Carroll was exceptional. Sinead was our agent and was professional throughout. We also had dealings with Karl who was always very responsive to my texts and calls. Both Sinead and Karl kept me up to date with viewing feedback. In no time we were sale agreed and from this point both agents supported and informed us of the next steps in the process. The whole experience can be very stressful but the staff at Sherry Fitz Carroll were reassuring and informative. They really do make you feel like you are their only client.

Negative experience: Avoid if possible, extremely unprofessional and degrading to potential buyers in my case, if I could put no stars I would, zero communication, unhelpful and uninterested.

She was super efficient and professional and was in constant contact with updates etc. She followed through on everything with a friendly and helpful manner.

Negative experience: Sold me a site. The owner then changed the shape of the site completely without my knowledge. Brian didnt even inform me. I had to find out myself. He wouldn't return my calls. I was fobbed off every time I called. They weren't too forthcoming with my deposit either. I had to wait over a week for Brian to ok it. Total waste of a couple of months for us.
