Fantastic experience: Aoife showed us 2 properties today after being so helpful on the phone with information not just about the properties but the local area. Great customer service and such a friendly demeanour. A pleasure to deal with.

Negative experience: The agency Cronin Wall has provided the house for the rent in condition out the minimal standards. As result we had not broadband, hot water, gas, can't use oven, toilets, showers, house is very dirty around, even toilets weren't clean, rubbish didn't take out, abandoned, stinky, covered by spider net. Deposit for the previous house rent didn't returned in the day we were left, they used our money for the next 8 days. The deposit from the second lease returned after 3 weeks, that's absolutely ridiculous! The case escalated within allegations of breach of agency responsibilities, where a agency has not carried out repairs/replacement necessary to ensure that a dwelling complies with the minimum standards for rented accommodation. This actions and agency is completely "SCAM of RENT". RTB Dispute in ongoing...Unadequate, unresponsible, figurally rental scammers, the house didn't prepared for new tenants, all crashed, broken, all around rotten, dismantled, dirty, clumsy, covered in a black mold, and disgusting, the deposit didn't return (see the pictures).Complained to County Council, Tresold and opened the case with RTB.

Negative experience: I had a viewing booked for a house on sale in Middleton. The agent did not show up. I tried calling their mobile and office, but there was no answer. I traveled a few hours for this viewing. It was such a humiliating and disrespectful situation. The house was within my price range, and I am a cash buyer. Remember, before you let them sell your property, consider how they may treat potential buyers

Fantastic experience: Cronin Wall were retained by me to sell my property in Midleton. This was managed by Aoife Lenihan. The support provided was excellent. Beforehand the marketing material, staging and presentation of the property Was carried out both efficiently and in a way that maximised its appeal. It was also very helpful to get good input from both Aoife and Shay Cronin on how the marketing process operates in Ireland as I was not familiar with this. During the selling process I was kept fully up-to-date with the viewings and the response of interested parties. The number of viewings was very good. Cronin will wear able to identify a relatively large group of potential interested parties and marketed the property to them very well. The final outcome was very satisfactory. Negative experience: Appalling service from the lady who takes Cronin wall calls. I contacted a week ago and slowly went through my name. I was assured that someone would ring me back about a property I was interested in. A week later, I rang to double check why I hadn’t heard anything and was fobbed off with an excuse! I then had to repeat all my details again and it was obvious I wasn’t on the system or details lost on a piece of paper!! Shocking when someone wants to genuinely buy a house.

We've had a few things that needed a repair over the past year and Aine always responds to emails or phone calls in a prompt and professional manner and makes sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible. They are extremely professional, courteous and highly efficient. From day one Aine has been superb. She secured a suitable property for us in a very short time frame and went above and beyond to check the safety aspects of the property for our young family in terms of up-to-date smoke and carbon dioxide alarms, security alarms, blinds, windows etc. Also, if any maintenance is needed, it is addressed and completed within no time.
