Eoin came out and gave us very practical advice on preparing our house for sale and the mechanics of selling to achieve the optimum return. When we decided to sell, again Eoin and a member of the team came out to guide us through the process and arranged for a professional photographer to take high quality images of the property for the website and sales brochure. When the property went on the market the viewings were scheduled very effectively and without issue.
