The area is ideally situated: walking distance to a shop and bus that will take you into town, yet away from the noise of the busy town centre. Lots of parking spaces available also. Fantastic experience: Boyds have managed my rented property in Kilkenny for fifteen years and they have been superlative. They are quick to respond and unfailingly courteous, and I can trust them to make good decisions and look after my tenants and house really well. I have had no stress or worries about the property or the tenants in all the time they have managed it. Yesterday I got a phone call to say that the ceiling had collapsed in the ensuite after the recent storm when the lead piping gave way, but Sinead had already gone straight round, and sorted it out for the tenants immediately.
