Fantastic experience: Louise and team were great with showing the property and keeping us updated on the property updates. She showed us several properties till the one we really liked. The entire team was very helpful and arranged multiple visits for us to the estate to ensure client satisfaction.

Negative experience: We used REA Grimes and Louise to manage the lease of our 3 bed house in the locality. The tenants were in the property 12 months and carried out so much unauthorised work to the property. There were numerous breaches of contract including having a pet in the home, painting of banisters and furniture and numerous screws and nails in walls which was all overlooked by Louise. Louise refused to engage with the tenants and did not advocate for us in any way regarding clear contract breaches and left us to fend for ourselves. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Negative experience: A Red Flag, Dealt with Dermot (Skerries) , I have never met an estate agent with another level of attitude and complete unprofessionalism. He will waste alot of your time & money in our experience. If you want a good service, please go with someone reliable.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star i would, Louise began with a nice and warm welcome to lease out my property, once I was signed up everything went down hill after that, communication was very bad, never call me back, always had to call the office to go through Carla, felt like Carla was covering for her on the phone constantly, then the real trouble began, I had a difficult tenant, I advised to Louise to carry out 6 months inspections from the beginning, in 18 months she only carried out 1 inspection, eventually when we removed the problem tenant, the house was completely destroyed, causing me €5,000 in repairs, Louise of course goes missing in action and claims no responsibility, lots more to say but getting bored even thinking about how bad this company is to deal with.. lesson learned, my advise would be to stay away from this company

Negative experience: Gave 1 star because I think you have to, to have your review posted. We found the lady dealing directly with us very straight and a pleasure but Dermot the exact opposite. We have over the years bought 2 houses and a apartment and never met a attitude like his. If you want someone to have YOUR best interest at heart pick someone else.

Positive experience: We found REA Grimes Skerries to be uncaring and cold upon interaction. Poor knowledge of the property and clearly just go through the motions as the property sell themselves. On completion keys were unceremoniously given to us. A director issued an instruction to a staff member “give them the keys” which were given to us in a torn envelope. With an REA business card.

Negative experience: Poor service,poor communication and coordination in liasing with potential clients. One star is too much .
