Fantastic experience: So happy that I found Murphy Moore Property Services and their Serviced Apartments in Malahide. The process to book the apartment was easy, and they quickly answered questions I had along the way. The apartment I was able to rent was terrific with amazing views, and it was cleaned with new sheets and towels every week, which is a real bonus. For a month long stay (or shorter) the rates are very reasonable and well worth the extra benefits of having an apartment and a company to reach out to if you need help along the way. I am already planning a trip again for next year!

Fantastic experience: Murphy Moore have taken care of a property that we have in the Marina for over ten years. They handled all of the contacts with the tenants, arranged any necessary repairs and made very useful suggestions on how to make the property more desirable for renters. They never called us without a solution for a problem, and in fact only called us rarely. Those calls were always professional but also extremely friendly.

From start to finish, the team were incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Negative experience: Led us to believe a property was ours and cancelled on my partner and myself the day we had to move, leaving us homeless. Disgraceful company with zero accountability or compassion.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold my home, Murphy Moore handled the sale. When I mentioned to a friend that I was working with Murphy Moore the reaction was mild surprise - saying MM was a strange choice, as they are "better known for apartment lettings". My friend turned out to be wrong on this occasion - my experience was excellent. The first showing had strong interest - in turn leading to a fairly quick sale, at a price bid up to well above my (and my neighbours') expectations. I then proceeded to buy a new property. A few weeks later, my buyer's plans (to return home from broad) were postponed, leading them to pull out of the sale. This now created a major problem - jeopardising the purchase of my next home (which I really wanted). I called Jo Moore and asked her to sell my place for a second time. . A week later - on the day of the first showing, we had another buyer at the same sale price as originally achieved. Jo could have just passively let a bidding process play out - running the risk that it might not conclude in time to secure my next purchase. Instead, she sized up the situation and brokered a good solution for everyone: seller happy, buyer happy, seller enabled to make the next move - all achieved in one day. I would certainly recommend Murphy Moore to anyone based on what I saw. And I have said nothing of the proactive communication and support at every level of the process from Jo, Jill and the young lady in the office whose name I did not ask...I never had to chase, or wonder what they were doing. They kept the stress out of a fraught process. Anyone that remembers their moving process will know what I mean.

Fantastic experience: These apartments are a home away from home. They are located in a beautiful marina and a lovely quiet location but also close to buses and trains. They are clean and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, tv easy to operate with cable tv. I would happily recommend this property company.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy renting from Murphy Moore. The rent process in Dublin, mainly, can be quite extenuating. But from the very first contact with Jill I was very at ease seeing the level of professionalism of her and the team. They usually have properties in great locations to offer. Throughout the whole process I felt very secure and all paperwork was promptly provided such as the RTB registration. Whatever repairs I needed in the apartment they were also speedily addressed. So, in general, I am very pleased I found Murphy Moore and to be renting from them, as I feel I am dealing with a secure and honest company.

The apartments are very clean, bright, spacious, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located. I believe they are great value, especially considering you get a full size kitchen and dining space. I always recommend these apartments to anyone who will be in Malahide / Dublin for a week or two.
