Negative experience: I really don't like having to write this review, but unfortunately the service I received off this agency has been appalling and I would highly recommend anyone looking for agencies to help you rent out your property that you do not use this agency. I would say the agent I worked with was the main problem but considering that I also complained to the manager of the company, who was frankly downright rude in his response, I can't even just blame the agent I worked with. The agency is great when nothing is happening but as soon as stuff got difficult, they were atrocious. I had tenants in there that near the end, I had a huge amount of problems with and while that part of it was not the agencies fault, I was running around after the agent trying to find out what was going on when the tenants stopped paying rent. The agent had absolutely no regard for me in this matter but happily took his fee every month. When the tenants first started paying a reduced rate (without any notification to me) it took until the 7th of the month (rent due on the 1st) for me to find out what was happening. I called, I texted and eventually I had to reach out to the agency and speak to the accountant to get the information on the rent and only then did this agent deign to respond to me. What followed was months of this, me running after the agent to find out what was happening and him having zero common courtesy to return my phone calls. I then called the agency and left a very strong worded voicemail complaining about the service I was receiving after yet another month of no rent, no agent reaching out and explaining what was happening and even then, they didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone call. I had to ring back and again on the Monday, say I needed to speak to someone regarding this agent, the manager on the phone didn't even apologise or in any way acknowledge my voicemail, he literally just said "I'll pass you on" and I got a dial tone. I can't believe anyone else would be willingly paying this agency if they are also receiving the service I was receiving. If I wanted the hassle of renting out my property, I would have done so myself. It was actually pointless of me to be paying these people for a service they did not provide. Thank god the tenants have moved out and I am very grateful for that, but here again lies another problem, the agent again, didn't even reach out to me and tell me how the leaving walk through went. Also I have now received messages from the neighbours complaining that the bins have been left out for ages outside the house and there is rotting food in the compost bin. So if this is the case and the tenants only left late last week, they clearly stopped the payment a couple of weeks before and let the bins fill up and while this is not up to the agency, they could have had the courtesy to inform me that the bins were a problem. This has been so problematic for me that I will never work with this agency again, I'd rather throw my money away than give it to them to do absolutely nothing helpful. I am also now considering selling the property because the tenants who left, missed months of rent and while that is not the agencies fault per se, they just said over and over again there was nothing they could do about it.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been renting with Bespoke Estate Agents for two years and are now starting our third. Susie and Maria have honestly been amazing, they’re always so helpful, quick to communicate, and nothing is ever too much trouble. When we had to move from our last apartment, they were incredibly helpful in finding us a new place and made the whole process so simple and stress-free. They also made sure everything in the new apartment was taken care of straight away, which made such a difference. We’re really grateful for everything they’ve done for us and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Positive experience: The property we are renting was advertised as fully renovated recently to the highest standard and “immaculately presented”, which was a misrepresentation. We had to have numerous visits by tradesmen and several months with a non functional toilet until it was repaired along with other items. Responsive via email however disjointed when it came to scheduling repairs at suitable times.

Fantastic experience: Susie Davies, at Bespoke Estate Agents, is the best at what she does. If you are looking for someone who is on top of every detail, efficient, timely, thorough, and does an excellent job, you don't need to look any further! She previously took over the listing of my apartment rental. The agent I had been using had posted unattractive photos and was not following up on leads or communicating with me. Susie turned that around in no time. She took lovely photos, re-listed the property, was on top of every detail, kept me in the loop, and quickly found excellent tenants at a great price. Now that the apartment recently came up for rent, I turned to Susie again without hesitation. She just sent me a video walk-through and meter readings, immediately after the tenants left. She is facilitating entry to the unit for repairs, as I am not in the area. She has every detail covered and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her! Do yourself a favor and hire her. You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: We were tenants in a rental managed by Bespoke. From day 1 to the day we moved out and after, our experience was abysmal. Adam, our Property Manager, took weeks and constant nudges to respond when contacted for simple requests such as information on waste collection, access codes to the property, repairs to broken utilities and so on. They also delayed us from accessing the tenants tax relief scheme by not giving us our RTB registration number. The real kicker was when Bespoke tried to take money from our deposit for cleaning PRIOR to even inspecting the apartment - what they lack in basic communication they apparently make up for in psychic property assessment. This came as even more of a shock because when we had moved in to our dirty, damp, mould-ridden apartment, Bespoke refused to have it cleaned. TLDR: If you’re a landlord who doesn’t give a rats about your tenants these guys just might be for you.

Negative experience: I don't know how good, bad or indifferent Bespoke are as a real estate agent, but as a building manager, they are a joke. If you don't need anything, please feel free to contact them - Otherwise, take a deep breath, as you are on for a ride. Unfortunately, as a tenant, I have no voice in the choice of the management company, I simply have to endure their incompetence and lack of customer satisfaction orientation. I documented all my exchanges with them, and some are quite stunning !

Negative experience: i live in a DCC apartment in hollybrook manor hollybrook park clontarf dublin 3 they are managed by bespoke management company i have had issues with getting meter readings as our meters are in the outside basement of the pub next door and we have to go through bespoke for them to get on to the owner to get our gas and electric meter readings, this is a total nightmare for me and other residents in the building. earlier this year i got a colossal estimated electric bill because i was waiting so long to get my meter reading and i had to pay it they ended up getting smart meters in for us now im having the same problem again with the gas , im waiting over 2 weeks for my gas meter reading which will result in me getting an enormous estimated gas bill caroline fleming

Susie was very prompt to fix maintenance issues and clarify queries throughout the tenancy. Moving out of the place was easy as the process was communicated well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would use their service again if needed and I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I, as a foreigner, do NOT recommend this firm at all. Their maners towards the tenants were completely unprofessional and lack of politeness. I rented a house from one of their agent and the the next day I was blocked via whatsapp and got no help with anything at all and delayed everything I asked for. If you are not an local Irish or even as an Irish if you are a tenant, you have no value for them. Especially the person who is in charge was unsensibly hanging up phone to your face while you were trying to explain yourself. Additionally, they didn't answer even the simplest questions with the reason of reaching them via their phone instead of e-mailing them. What's more even you reach them via phone after a long ring, they don't answer the questions and insist that you send an e-mail and they could use this request of theirs against you by making you wait for at least 10 hours for every reply. Totally unprofessional and rude service. I don't know who gave them those 5 stars but I presume that all those stars came from either their friends, family or Irish landlords (as you can see, most of them has 1 or 2 reviews). As I chat with other "foreign" tenants in the neighbourhood, they all complained about the same things. I do not recommend any of their services... if you are not willing to pay thousands of euros to let them hang up on the phone!

Susie Davies from Bespoke met all my needs and far exceeded my expectations. I maintained from the get go that I needed regular clear and concise comms with the agency and that I could not have any emails not replied to (I prefer to communicate via email as it suits me better). Not only did Susie always reply to my emails (always within a half hour), she even did so on her days off!!! My property ended up being let to a very nice couple and I couldn't be happier.
