Negative experience: calling 200+ people to a viewing with zero pre-screening is just ridiculous. It’s a massive waste of people’s time, and it shows a complete lack of basic property management. That’s not how this should be handled.someone should let them know what pre-assessment is

Fantastic experience: Recently purchased and sold a property with Allan and Jacob Ringsend and have to say it all went very well. The attention and detail Andrew afforded us was excellent. As anyone who is in the process of selling and buying will know, it consumes your life as its most likely the most important financial investment you will make within your lifetime. We Specifically remember when buying our new house, Andrew sending us a text late Friday evening easing our concerns on an issue . He was like our own personal estate agent and he didn’t have hundreds of other clients to also worry about which we thought was a lovely touch. We also dealt with Eimear in the office who was very informed and lovely to deal with . People often say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do and yes I would agree with that but having an estate agent like Allan and Jacob made it much easier and fluid for us. The agents and the admin team are really easy to deal with and having dealt with a competitor in the area Owen Reilly I would advise anyone to consider Allen and Jacobs instead if you want the human touch. Andrew is professional and skilled but not pushy or in your face and dealt with my elderly parents in a delicate manner.
