The office staff are highly efficient at their job and very responsive to any issues that arise. Outside of the office staff, I deal with David, and I find him to be very professional at all times. If there’s an issue, it’s sorted immediately and most importantly, there is always somebody on the other end of the phone when you need to speak to somebody. Fantastic experience: I used these guys a few years ago to sell my apartment . Fergal was top class in every single aspect , and his advice regarding the timeline it would take to sell , and also the maximum value I would get were absolutely spot on . I recently learned that they have since sold that same apartment again , so obviously my buyer was also delighted with them so much that he used them to sell it on . Clearly excellent service at both ends of the process , and I couldn’t recommend Maddens highly enough . I’ve used a couple of the bigger auctioneers since purely because the properties in question were well outside Maddens ‘ catchment ‘ area , and while the bigger companies were okay service wise , they came nowhere near to Fergal’s levels of communication and efforts. I can genuinely say I never , ever had to go chasing him about anything regarding my sale , which is extremely rare in the auctioneer game . I should have written this review a good while ago but glad I Finally got around to it

Negative experience: Get offered a viewing at 1pm on Monday, ask if there's another available time slot, get answered "1pm on Monday", take a day off because you have to. It's now 1pm on Monday, I'm alone for 30 minutes, and the robot answering my calls isn't putting me through.

Negative experience: Extremely frustrating experience. We pulled the contract after months back and forth and they didn't collaborate at all, not helpful, not professional. Edit: We pulled the contract after 5 months (we sent the holding deposit in October and we pulled the contract mid March), and my husband was POLITE, obviously thanking you for the time spent doesn't mean we were happy. We were just trying to finish everything. We pulled the contract because you were not responsive or helped us to liase with the vendor. We never knew the vendor was in a sell-buy chain and leaving us with no knowing when the contracts were going to be signed, we were not going to be waiting forever with no other solutions and no information about what was going on. You were not replying to emails or to our solicitor. And you were not replying to me in Whatsapp and only referring to my husband and not both of us (we discussed about this already) We lost money on this and we never received an apology for what happened. It was extremely frustrating for us and very disappointing. Happy to discuss it further.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Madden Property enough especially Fergal himself! We rent a wonderful house in Ringsend. He went above and beyond for me. Due to covid I wasn't able to go back in time to get a package and he was so kind to pick up the letter from AnPost, got the package for me there and shipped it abroad to me. Communication is great. We love the online service where you can tell Madden Properties if anything isnt working etc. - things get done immediately also. I can't agree with the negative comments before honestly. We never had any problems with Madden Properties so far and are very happy in our house :) Professional from the start and highly recommended. Thank you Fergal and your team! Really appreicate that still :)

Getting to know his work ethic and knowledge when I bought an apartment; I wasn't looking around when I wanted to sell the apartment a few years later. I imidiatly contacted Fergal. He was very easy to get on with and immediately recognized our needs and what we wanted from our property short term and long term. We have found Maddens to provide this service seamlessly. Whilst we still have one or two legacy properties with another larger company we find Maddens have a simple, no nonsense approach whilst ensuring both our tenants and we as landlords are happy. We aim to move all properties to them in due course.
