They just fix whatever is broken and send me a clear report at the end of the month. i like that i can see exactly where the money is going without any hidden fees. It makes owning a rental feel way more simple than it used to be. I am very happy i made the switch to their management. They really know their stuff.

Fantastic experience: Im so glad I found these guys! After handling tenant issues myself for five years, the constant phone calls were completely burning me out. I finally handed the portfolio over to the property management team here and the difference is night and day. They handle all the reactive maintenance instantly and even sorted out a long-standing issue with our service charge that I could never figure out. It feels so amazing to just receive the monthly financial report and see my rent hit the bank on time. They deal with all the late-night plumbing calls so I dont have to. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Negative experience: My experience renting a flat with this company was extremely disappointing. I was moved into a room with a known leak that had not been repaired. The humidity and odor were overwhelming, and as someone with recent surgery and pre-existing health conditions, this posed a serious risk to my recovery. I immediately emailed the company, explaining the situation and emphasizing the health implications of the leak. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with silence. Multiple phone calls were made, but I was repeatedly told that the relevant staff were "in a meeting." I am deeply frustrated to still be dealing with this issue, especially considering the high rent I am paying. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against renting from this company.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, I viewed a property with them. All seemed confident that we were going to get it, and then the company started to ignore messages and calls, telling us about 35% bracket. With no real explanation as to what this means. Our calculation was that we can afford the apartment, but they started making up fees that were incorrect about what we can afford. Not helpful, not professional. The agent tried to help but the head office have terrible management and don't explain anything. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Will never look for apartments with them ever again. We asked for an explanation they just responded with apartment not available. Disgusting

Negative experience: July 2022: We've just started renting with them and the experience couldn't had been any better, everything went smooth and quick, in one week we were in the new house (Veni, Vidi, Vici). Also we've found a few problems, with one e-mail everything was fixed within 2 days. Couldn't have possibly asked for a better response. Thanks guys. October 2023: We've had an issue with one of the toilets, we still have that issue. The agent we've been talking to when we've rented, he's still a great guy, he answers all the messages and trying to be helpful. But maintenance is lacking. 1 week has passed and I have no answers from the maintenance team about my issue, they haven't even found the time to come over and assess the problem, or answer to any of my messages or calls with a simple "We'll look into it". I'm dropping my review 1 star for each week that passes since I've raised this issue. November 2023: The problem continues. Bathroom door is tapped shut.

Negative experience: This company lacks of human skills. It’s just a purely money making place, and it’s because of companies like this that there is such a bad housing crisis in Dublin. Just greed and no effort to do things the right way. I rented with them for 1 year, and every time I had an issue I had to sort it myself, despite paying the highest rent I’ve ever paid for the smallest place I’ve ever lived in. Also after a few months the house wasn’t the same as the one advertised anymore, it started to get all damp and water coming under the door when it was raining, and yet they still managed to increase the rent despite the house getting worse and worse. I will leave the same comment about the management company, as they both kept blaming each other without taking any accountability .

Negative experience: Unprofessional confused trash company. - The agent couldn't answer simple questions about the property such as the area of the apartment, or if there's CCTV cameras in the building. - Advertised with extra amenities that weren't actually there; the microwave was missing, and when I asked about it, the agent got all confused and claimed they JUST noticed "the previous tenants stole it" - Requested that I pay the full year's rent as down payment because I'm a student (even though I showed clear proof that I can afford it), then immediately changed their mind to 6-months for down payment, as if it was a guessing game. - Finally, I was ghosted on email even after immediately accepting their offer. I was given no updates on the property whatsoever. Overall, I didn't like the agents' attitude on the phone, and their lack of professionalism was a bright red waving flag. Very disgusting behaviour. You are literally being scolded by a 19 year old. Let that sink in.

Fantastic experience: We have rented a place for a while now that is managed by Chartered Assets and we have had no issues with them so far. The estate agent Sergiu and his team was a pleasure to deal with, showed us and explained everything to do with the property and getting the keys was all smoothly done.

Fantastic experience: I have just moved in a property managed by Chartered Assets and I was surprised the speed and quality of work. The agent Serg showed the entire apartment, checked that everything was working and answered all the questions that arose. Good service and quality of work, definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I had a lease on a business with a company I had zero problems with for years in Aubrey court, bray. chartered assets took over from them and things went terribly. I tried to sell the leasehold after building the business up to a very successful standard after many years, months passed with hundreds of emails to chartered assets and they would never inform the landlord of various buyers proposals. I had big offers on the table from 3 people and they all pulled out because chartered asset would not answer any emails. I eventually got the landlords number and he assured me that he was going to have severe words with chartered assets, that this was completely unacceptable and this would be resolved. After, we had contact from Enda Hanrahan, the boss of CA. We thought great, things will finally move along. We got another offer on the table much less than the previous offers and we took it in the hopes we could get away from this circus. It took over 6 months for everything to go through because CA took at least a month to respond to any email. Then, CA wanted me to pay all of their legal costs for a new lease and surrendering my old lease, and rent arrears for their own delays. I was told in an email I had to agree to this WITHIN THE HOUR or it would take another month which I would be liable to pay rent for. (Probably so I would not have the opportunity to speak to my solicitor). This not only was stressful waiting but cost me another €15k out of the sale of business. We had the buyer approved by the landlord & ready to move in in January and it took until July for CA to BEGIN drawing up their lease. My estate agent said of Enda that she has never in her many years in the business dealt with someone as unreasonable & unprofessional as Enda. The buyer was appalled by them and was threatening to pull out like the rest several times as she could not understand why she was constantly being ignored. After numerous emails looking for our deposit back after my lease was terminated, we were told we must wait until the new lease agreement is signed with the new tenant before they can issue payment?! In what world when you leave a premises must you wait until the premises is occupied again to get your own deposit back?? After a month, we threatened legal action and then the deposit was returned. I know people cannot be picky with housing, but do yourself a favour DO NOT RENT A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FROM THEM.

Negative experience: Had the unfortunate luck of being a resident of an apartment with chartered assets in Aubrey Court Bray. We had no problems with the previous owners for over 5 years, new owners took over and employed chartered assets. We were dealing with Elizabeth Lindsay who has to be the most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. She took weeks to get back to any emails, if you even dared try to follow up you would get a snotty reply from Liz, thats if she even replied at all. (We needed our boiler fixed for months.) We threatened going to the RTB as it was getting ridiculous, she called us shouting aggressively down the phone, we hung up and said whatever you have to say we want it in writing through email and that we don’t appreciate her shouting and being aggressive towards us we were always polite. She then called us on a different number and then on private number multiple times to continue shouting?! We were leaving the apartment in a couple of months and never got the boiler fixed. A neighbour of ours was heavily pregnant and had a leak in the roof which she was trying to get fixed for MONTHS and was being ignored, she eventually threatened legal action and she got an angry email off Liz aggressively stating she had tried to contact her by phone several times and it’s her own fault for not answering the phone calls. Our neighbour rang her and asked “what’s my number if you’ve been trying to reach me I have no missed calls” and she DIDNT HAVE HER NUMBER. Very very unprofessional and downright aggressive behaviour. Every single resident in our block that we knew had a problem with chartered assets that they never had with the previous management company. Absolutely avoid them if you have any choice. Make sure you have everything in writing and know your rights as they are pure chancers. After finally being free from them we had to send 5 emails looking for our deposit weeks after leaving the apartment with no answer back, had to threaten going to the rtb AGAIN and suddenly they were able to answer back and pay the deposit immediately. If you don’t know your rights, this company will most definitely swindle you. Landlords please, do not inflict these people on your tenants.

Fantastic experience: In my place almost three months now. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris and Serge who helped to settle me in. Serge is very attentive, I had an issue with one of the heaters and he came to help straight away. He also ensured the remaining blinds were installed shortly after I moved in. Great experience with them to date!

We had a problem with the date of the move, but the agents were patient and waited for a whole month, with no pressure. Many thank’s for Lucian that he chose my family . And of course big, big thank’s for Sergiu ☺️ he is very benevolent, he always asking if everything is fine, he caring or not missing anything . Sergiu wants to be shure, that my family feel good in our new living place and he even try to help to my little daughter to find a friends here I can't belive it how good and undertanding he are ❤️. I have been renting apartments in Dublin for a long time, but I met such good agents for the first time !!! I am very grateful to the whole Chartered Assets team only the best reviews and highly recommend choosing this company .

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience as a tenant with Chartered Assets. Serg and Elizabeth quickly respond to any queries. My fiancée and I moved in to the apartment on the date we've chosen and everything was ready for us. It is not the first time renting in Dublin and it is going great.

Negative experience: Offered us an apartment that we accepted. Were told we'd be the only ones offered it should we accept (because viewings hadn't taken place yet) so we had a little time to iron out some issues about the state of the property that we rightfully asked prior to paying a 2,000 euro deposit upfront (there were no blinds in the property and several broken items or not working). Handed notice to our own landlord, were minutes from paying the deposit and then got an email saying they'd accepted a deposit from someone else (6 minute turnaround from one email to another from them). Completely disgraceful carry on. Think we dodged a bullet in dealing with this crowd. It's also a legal obligation to provide BER rating and they couldn't even do that. They have it falsely advertised as A1 online, so we had every right to clarify, and they didn't. We have to go awkwardly go back to our own landlord now and rescind the notice. Avoid this crowd at all costs.

Negative experience: Appalling property managers. Failed to issue a rent review to us, and then immediately sent an eviction notice when we didn't pay the increased amount (because we had not been made aware of it). Intervention by the RTB saw the eviction notice rightfully binned.

Negative experience: Terrible people/service! Zero Star Disastrous-Chartered Assets guys are gangsters they are violating tenants' right despite the law clearly says the landlord have an obligation to maintain their property but they don't. I have a terrible experience with Chartered Assets to mention few of these our balcony window has fallen apart all the cold air gets in the living room, electric issue and fire hazard we had no power in the apartment for several hours ongoing issue, our entry to the building the actual fobs were disabled deliberately by the care taker on several occasions we couldn't get into the building for three days. Chartered Assets their care takers and contractors are linked to each other which are the same group of people. We had no hob for ten days they denied to replace it I had to buy take food because there was no cooking facility, then I had to make my own arrangement to replace it. Chartered Assets have a warehouse where they collect all the free used washing machines, hobs, oven, dish washers etc those used appliances are then brought to their properties the next day they are broken again then they don't replace saying we have already brought you one! So many other related issues! I am suing Chartered Assets for all the damage and stress that are caused. Chartered Asset

Negative experience: Waiting over two months to get a blind fixed. Both of us work from home with Covid and it's hard enough in a one bedroom apartment never mind having sun streaming into your face. There was a really helpful guy Lucian that used to work there but I believe he has left. Such a pity.

Negative experience: Lived in a property ran by Chartered Assets for over 2 years. We had numerous issues with them over getting repair works done. It went to the Residential Tenancies Board who decided in favor of us as tenants and even after that, they refused to complete repairs. My experience is that they only care about rent being paid as the only time showed urgency with repairs was when we withheld rent after ignoring us for months. I would advise anyone dealing with them to have everything in writing and to consult the RTB if unsure about anything they do.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional company ever. People working at the Dublin offices have no communication between departments, they are missing emails, cheques, payments...A disaster. They like operating outside the law, we had to open 2 cases in the RTB against them. The agents managing properties are not better. Jodie, the agent working in Cork, is hiding information and issues regarding the properties. She doesn’t care to ruin tenants life or leave them homeless for no reason, her only purpose is working as less as she can and trying to take your money quickly. Well done Jodie! This people have 0 professionalism and 0 ethic values as human beings.

Negative experience: they took 200Euros from my deposit claiming i left some trash in the apartment and when i asked to go and collect the trash they refused

Negative experience: Very difficult to get in contact with. No customer service. Refuses to help out if you have issues with other tenants and refers you to the police instead. Even managed to send out an eviction notice by accident. Do not use these guys!

Negative experience: Archway Court at Mountjoy Street is a mess and even after numerous complaints, they just don't care. Very poor management of the property.
