I was impressed with how responsive, polite but firm she was with a keen commercial sense, so I asked if she can help with selling my house in the Baldoyle/Bayside area. We had the benefit of Melanie’s involvement in a recent sale and she is made of similar stuff. As just one example there was a last minute hiccup that could have delayed the completion. Negative experience: We are truly happy with the purchase. The sellers are happy they selected the right buyers for their house. The same cant be said for Allison, she advised the sellers not to take our bid as it wasnt the highest offer, meaning less profit margins for her. Even the day of collecting the keys, my first time buying my own home (a huge day) I was met with a very damp reception from Allison. It felt very unappreciative.
