Negative experience: Edit: I received a call from Kelly Auctioneers, glad to know they taken into account my comments (see the original comment below) I understood they have another point of view, they explained me what they tried to do in the background. We could have some discussion about how to improve the communications channel. To be clear, my comments are based on our feelings, so why I have to change/delete my comments, Kelly Auctioneers have the option to add their comments to let people see their position. On the other hand, the call was a surprise. My last communication with Kelly Auctioneers was on 2nd November 2020, according with their Privacy Policy (accesible via their web page at /privacy-policy) "5. Data Retention The length of time we will retain your personal data will depend on the purpose for which we are processing it. The following criteria will be applied: We will retain personal data for the minimum period required for the purpose(s) of processing. Personal data will be retained for a period of time subject to our data retention policy and/ or legal requirements When personal data is no longer required t be retained, it will be anonymized, to remove all personal identifiable information, or deleted in a secure manner in accordance with our technical and organisational procedures." I would like to understand how they remove all personal identifiable information, or delete in a secure manner and still have my name, email and phone number. Could you please check the GDPR? ORIGINAL COMMENT: Reading others feedback I feel they were dealing with a different company. My experience with Kelly Auctioneers is really bad. We were looking for a house to buy and found one that met our expectations, scheduled an appointment and went to see the house. When we arrived, we were treated worse than a dogs. As we are foreigners, the man (whose name I don't want to "say")showing the house gave preference to other (Irish) people. He just spent 2 minutes with us as he though we couldn't afford the house. Thanks goodness there were also a woman (who was the "best") showing the house and she dedicated her time to us. "Show me the money!!", as soon as it was clear we already had the mortgage approval and we wanted to buy the house the man began to be interested in us, explained the allowances, taking notes of our small requirements, etc. But things can get worse!! Allowances had small prints never mentioned before, our requirements ended up in the trash and nothing were done...So eventually we decided to not proceed with the purchase and the main reason was this xenophobic (sorry, but this was our feeling) man without word working in Kelly Auctioneers. Best thing (and the reason we gave 1 start), they were really quick returning the signal.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with the broker Shane Rigney, we had a visit and we entered into a negotiation that was not carried out at first, the apartment was sold to someone else and, for some reason, the apartment returned to the market, we went back to look for Shane Rigney and he was stupid with my wife asking about the last negotiation in 2 calls, asking why we had not answered the emails among other things, it did not exist, he scored again to show us apt and after called saying he had already closed the sale again, without giving us an opportunity to see the apartment or enter into a negotiation
