Moving is usually stressful, but they kept us informed at every single stage, so we always knew exactly where we stood. Their communication and professionalism are second to none. Negative experience: As a potential buyer who had the " winning highest bid " just yesterday on a property, its been a horrendous experience dealing with Corry estates over the last day .. specifically namely Jacinta Stewart, who has the acumen akin to a gold fish from our dealings with her, no structured communication via email to confirm a bid is secured as the winning bid. No follow up call to firm up sale of she had any queries . No clear email to confirm sale process, even though she had said so, and we waited..and waited .. Instead a lose call to say the bid is accepted , and agreed via phone call , the sale was to go through as far as we were concerned. then 3 hours later Jacinta called to say its not accepted and the next bid was ..much to our shock etc. Although ive spoken to Andrew on a number of occasions today and he was courteous he is the managing director should have a much better process in place which he agreed with on the call .. anyways long and short of it Corry estates are not to be trusted re. Being a buyer , am sure Andrew will put his case here , but either way this horrible experience has left an extremely sour taste how they deal with buyers.

Fantastic experience: We bought our forever home from Andrew Corry. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to deal with. There was never a query or call that wasn’t responded to. We were so lucky to have been advised to talk to him from friends. I would have no hesitation recommending him or Corry Estates, and have already done so.

Negative experience: I dealt with Corrys as a buyer and by the end of the process unfortunately would not be in a position to recommend them. I struggled to get the relevant information I needed from them or their client, and constantly felt like they were not advising/managing the client about the information required to complete the buyer process. I was also provided with very vague information at the viewing and bidding process, and when i asked for clarification/specifics I was told I needed to make a decision with the information provided. Additonally, they were attentive at the start when things with the mortgage process were moving smoothly, but at a stage where the mortgage process got haulted due to the poor quality information provided by the seller, the estate agent lost interest in providing any updates even when they were very time sensitive. I was repeatedly told that the delay was due to me rather than the quality of information provided by their client, and was told that the client was becoming stressed. I managed to close the process but the process was significantly longer and more stressful than it ever needed to be. When it comes to selling the property in the future, I would not be engaging with Corrys and if asked would not recommend them to future buyers/sellers.

Fantastic experience: I’ve dealt with both Andrew and Jack, primarily with Jack, who handled the sale of my apartment. This was my first time selling a property in Ireland and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. They took the time to explain nuances of the current market trends, what to expect, and gave clear and honest guidance throughout the process. When it came to the practicalities, they were always on the ball — giving updates as soon as there was any news, following up with calls, and making sure I was kept fully in the loop. I always felt looked after and supported. Having dealt with several agents in Ireland while trying to buy an apartment, I’ve never come across the same level of competency and professionalism. It genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’d highly, highly recommend them and if I ever sell again, I’ll definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a house and interacted with Peter from Corry Estates as he was the estate agent selling it. I cannot recommend him enough! Even though he was on the seller's side, Peter made the stressful buying process extremely smooth and easy for me. He was polite and responsive, his communication was clear, and unlike some other EAs I came across in the process, he did everything by the book and tried to make the process fair for both parties. Fantastic experience: Tried to buy a house in Swords for nearly three years. I found it very hard to find the good one and a trust worth it agency. Due to me being a foreign national and having cash money in the bank (mortgage free), the agents of the other agencies were messing around. Sometimes I thought of quitting and never bothering to look any more. I tell you, Corry Estate agents are the best ones, honest, friendly and you will see that they are there to help you buy the property.
