Negative experience: Totally Let Down – All Talk, No Action Working with David Swaine was one of the most frustrating professional experiences I've had. He came highly recommended and certainly says all the right things — promising a strong marketing push, expert follow-up, and dedication. But once you're in, it's excuse after excuse. He initially failed to deliver on even basic commitments. Despite his promises to market aggressively on Facebook, nothing materialized. I eventually had to take over the campaign myself and spent a significant amount of money running ads — ads that generated genuine leads. But instead of acting on those leads, David found endless reasons not to follow up. When asked for updates, he'd deflect or say he was "on it" — but action never followed. He’s very good at talking the talk and will tell you what you want to hear. But when it comes to lifting a finger or putting in real work, don't count on it. If you're looking for results, accountability, or even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.

Fantastic experience: When we decided to sell our house in Pollshone, Gorey we were uncertain which estate agents to choose. Sandy Copeland from property partners O’Brien Swaine came to assess our house. She was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to and offered us a great service and price. The photographs, video and write up description of our house were excellent.Throughout the process Sandy was so helpful, answering any texts and queries we had immediately, offering good advice while working hard to secure the best price for our house. The ‘for sale’ sign went up within days, changing to ‘sale agreed’ as soon as we had a sale. Finally ‘sold’ went up not long after. Other estate agents seem to take ages to do this causing confusion for potential buyers. Sandy remained helpful until the end of what is potentially a very stressful time.
