Negative experience: Our experience with John at Lydon Farrell Property was very disappointing. During the bidding process on a property, there was a complete lack of transparency and extremely poor communication. Emails went unanswered, responses often took days, and at no point was there any clarity around the process. This created a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration at what should have been an exciting time. Given the level of service we received, we could not recommend John or this agency to anyone looking to buy a home.

Fantastic experience: After being highly recommended Lydon Farrell by a cousin of mine he was not wrong. We met Darren and he put our mind at ease straight away such a professional young man. Informed us straight away of what we needed to do to prepare the house to get it on the market. Within 1 week all was done and prepared and ready to go to market. Fantastic experience: First time selling a house so didn't know what to expect. Lydon Farrell were not recommended to me I just liked the idea of something different, for examples drone photography which I feel is a huge help in giving the potential purchaser an all over view not just the usual photos that other agents do. Couldn't recommend John and his team any higher, diligent, phoned back when they said they would and not afraid to take a call on a Saturday. If I was selling another property or buying again there is only one agency that I would consider and I highly recommend anyone that is thinking of selling the first place to go to is Lydon Farrell. I do not normally leave reviews but feel this company deserves one and as a new business to Navan, but has a wealth of experience behind them, I have no doubt they will expand very quickly and the evidence is already there.
