Fantastic experience: We purchased a house where the seller used Raymond Potterton. A lot of anxiety when purchasing a house involves lack of communication from the vendor/vendor solicitor/vendor estate agent - this was not the case here. To be fair, Mark @ Raymond Potterton always answered our calls when we were looking for updates. When he said he would call back, he did. When he said he'd do something (e.g. chase the vendor solicitor) he did it and gave us updates. He went out of his way to accommodate us at times, e.g. meeting in the evenings to do inspections, get the keys, even took an electricity reading for us! All was appreciated. Mark, there's still a beer in the fridge for you! Thanks for all your help.
