Negative experience: I rang the other day to enquire about an apt in Navan for sale. I was told it was under offer and that 3 people were bidding on it so I was refused the opportunity to put a bid in he said it wouldn't be fair on the other bidders. I find this confusing as I thought that an estate agent should be trying to achieve the best price for the seller.

Negative experience: As agents of the house I bought, I found both secretary and seller unpleasant to deal with and felt they were bullyish and poor mannered. I was very tempted to walk away from the sale simply to avoid any further dealings with them. I’m sure this isn’t a reflection of all staff in there but I couldn’t recommend them for their service based on that particular experience.
