Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this company enough! They went above and beyond for me. I was selling my late father’s house but I do not live in the country. Chris and Karen helped by organising the sale and charity donations of furniture. They created a Watsapp group so the family were always up to date on the progress of the sale. They had the house agreed in less than 2 weeks and above asking price. Negative experience: the worst experience we've had with Chris and Karren since we were looking for a house, I don't recommend it to anyone, they just send emails based on their understanding without explaining some terms, we bid a large amount of money and we are the first with the highest amount submitted, then without notifying us they say that someone else is sale agreed without telling us what amount the other bidder submitted, which I've never encountered before, every agency always says when the amount of money increases, then when you call them they say yes we are wrong that we should have explained and notified you. no seriousness.

Fantastic experience: Great people to deal with very professional Christopher was excellent from start to finish highly recommended them I got auctioneers in dundalk before but they were not as good as Reynolds and clare he promised us that he would get the right price for are property and he didn't let us down we are now mortgage free and we own are own home they took great pictures of are property and video footage he listens to what you want out of the sale other auctioneers in dundalk just look after themselves but not Reynolds and clare estates they listen to there customers we now have a friend in Christopher gentlemen you won't be disappointed and I hope they will go from strength to strength but they will do no doubt thanks again Reynolds and clare estates agents
