Negative experience: Now let's be honest and with how we were treated on so many viewings. None of these agents are honest or trustworthy. None of the agents know anything about the property or any aspect of construction. None of the agents get back to you unless there's something in it for them. There are no rules, laws or proper regulations in place in this country. You're only really satisfied as a seller and a brown envelope holder.

Positive experience: We had a genuine pleasure dealing with Kathy at the sherry Fitz Ashbourne office , she was considerate and seemed frank about all the points she brought up regarding the house we bought. This was our first viewing with her and fell in love with the house. I must say she's quite articulate in expressing the advantages of the house,sort of adds to the charm. The process following the sale agreed was also not too bad and the office was always responsive and Kathy gave us clarity of how things are proceeding,she was able to reach out to the owners whenever we needed additional information.Our process began around February and we closed out end of June 2024.
